By accessing your gallery, downloading images, or placing print or product orders, you agree to the data practices described in this policy.

Client galleries remain active for six months unless otherwise stated. After expiration, images may be archived or permanently deleted. Clients are responsible for backing up delivered files outside of the Gallery Site.

Clients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting the Photographer using the information below. We may retain certain information as required by law or for business recordkeeping.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Gallery Site constitutes acceptance of these changes.
